ArtistData is simple. You post your shows in our dashboard, and you can then automatically send them to all of the places below.

  • Social NetworksUpdate info on your accounts on MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and more!Description :

The more accounts you sign up for, the more places you need to update. ArtistData relieves this pain by giving you one central location to update all your social networking profiles! Enter a tour date, and watch it magically appear on your MySpace, Facebook, and PureVolume calendars. Notifications in the form of status messages will be posted on Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. And we're adding a growing list of web services to this service, so you'll be able to hook in your website provider, email list system, and more.

  • Partner SitesSyndicate to other artist services sites you use for your website, email, iPhone app, and more!Description :

We work with a ton of other sites who are building cool things for artists and make it easier to get your data for them. Click on the right to set up syndication to your favorite service!

  • Concert DatabasesAutomatically have your show submitted to the top online concert databases.Description :

Entering your shows over and over again is a thing of the past. This feature takes the shows you've entered into ArtistData and sends them to all the top concert databases. When you activate this feature, we'll turn syndication to them all on and you can deactivate any you wish to not send content to.

Then, going forward, when you add, update, or remove shows, we'll let the concert databases know as well.

Because our partners require us to screen the shows we send to them to increase data quality, it can take 1-2 days for us to manually approve unrecognized venues.

NOTE: We guarantee we submit your shows to our partners (unless you get an email stating otherwise), but we can't guarantee our partners will post them. Once submitted to the partner, they approve it as well, which can take a few extra days.

  • ArtistData ProfilesCustomize your ArtistData profile page, giving fans a branded place to discover you!Description :

Because we can't always post complete information in the space allotted (for example, Twitter), ArtistData sometimes need to send your fans through to get complete information about a show, news or blog in another place.

Your ArtistData page lists all the content you've entered into ArtistData, and includes some ticket links, recent Twitter posts, and a big image of your band at the top.

You can currently upload your own banner, making the page feel a lot more like your own site.

  • iCalendar FeedsSee your entire show calendar from your desktop computer or mobile calendar program!Description :

With our iCalendar feeds, you can view your show itinerary in all the standard calendar programs, including Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, and others. It's simple to set up: we give you a direct URL to enter into these programs and instantly, you'll start seeing your shows appear.

Then, as you add, edit, or delete shows, we'll update those changes to your iCal. It's a great tool to keep an entire team on the same page by sending info directly to their desktops or mobile devices.

If you want, give it out to your fans so they can keep up to date as well!

  • Local MediaAutomatically alert local newspapers that you've be playing in their city!Description :

With ArtistData's local media alert application, local newspapers and publications will be notified every time you play a show in the area. ArtistData will submit your show to the calendar editor of the local paper for inclusion in their concert calendar. We will also include information on how to reach you for further information.

This feature currently only includes US and Canada media outlets.

NOTE: We submit to these papers but cannot guarantee they will add you to their calendar.

  • Tour DocumentsInstantly generate tour books and day sheets to keep you organized on the roadDescription :

ArtistData can create easy to use tour documents which allow you to keep everyone on the exact same page when out on the road. The tour documents currently include tour books and day sheets, which are generated from the data you've already entered into ArtistData. It's never been simpler, or more affordable, to make high quality, easy to use tour books.

  • Data FeedsAccess your data at all times through direct data feeds, allowing you to hook ArtistData information into other websites and servicesDescription :

We spend a lot of time working to integrate our data with as many services as possible, but sometimes we can't reach them all. By giving you direct access to a live feed of data, you can use our data feeds in your own way. You can run your website from them, tie them into a company database, and more.

You get access to your shows, news, and blog data through XML. Information is kept up to date in near real time, generally taking 5-15 minutes to update through your feed.

NOTE: Parsing data feeds isn't something we'd recommend for beginners, and if you dont know how to do it, you'll most likely need to hire a programmer. If you are novice, but wanting to get show data on your website, install our FREE and easy to set up Calendar Widget.
